Financial Support from IoE Funds to Students for attending International Conference

With an intension to encourage our students to interact with research scholars across the globe in their related areas and to broaden their horizon, IoE Scheme has made provisions to financially support international visit of students to attend conferences.

Eligibility: For students who have already availed International / National Conference support once (from Institute) and have been invited for second conference by the organization.

Procedure:

  1. To avail financial support from IoE, students need to duly fill the application form  and attach all necessary supporting documents.
  2. The completed application then be submitted to the Research Progress Committee (RPC) through Guide for approval.
  3. Once the RPC approves the application, it may be sent to the Convener of the Department Post Graduate Committee (DPGC) for approval.
  4. Once cleared by DPGC, same may be sent to the Institute Conference Funding Committee for concurrence.
  5. With the clearance from the Institute Conference Funding Committee, the application be sent to Dean (AP) for final approval.
  6. Dean (AP) office will send the same to IoE cell for making necessary sanction letter and records.
  7. IoE cell (after PiC approval) will send all documents along with sanction letter to Account Section for payment under intimation to HoD and student through guide.
