IoE Staff Training Programme (IoE STP) in International Partner Universities under Outreach & Visibility Academic Vertical 

In furtherance of Institution of Eminence objectives, Institute is planning to send selected employees to renowned global universities with an intention to broaden their horizon and to update them with best global practices on educational administration being followed in top universities in the world. Proposed visit will be for a week period including journey and the schedule at foreign university shall include collaborating, job shadowing, meeting with counterparts in their respective area, sharing the best practices followed at both ends and knowing the work culture in an internationally reputed University. Visit will be organized during the next two financial years. Regular employees holding substantive position are eligible to apply. Necessary financial support to cover the visit shall be extended by the Institute.

This Program while increasing the visibility of IIT Bombay among global universities will also add substantially to capacity building.

An allocation of Rs. 5 Cr. is earmarked for this initiative.
